Details
Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

Responsibilities could include:
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish work content
- Performs a variety of complex deliveries while reporting to the Program Manager
- Responsible for the Training, development and mentorship of all personnel
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
- Ensure the employees in their respective functional areas follow established procedures and generate finished work products under time and budgetary constraints
- Ensures products, services, and solutions meet/exceed customer requirements and expectation
- Functional areas could include:
- Information Assurance and Security
- Business Operations
- Contracts Administration
- Facilities Management
- IT Operations
- Systems Engineering
- Technical Training
Qualifications
Qualifications
- BS/BA degree with 5-10 years or MS/MA with 3-5 years
- Ability to obtain up to a TS/SCI clearance as required
- Must be familiar with commonly used concepts and practices within the engineering discipline
- Technical, functional, and/or project lead experience in systems engineering or a related technical field
- NASA certification related to position as required.
Preferred:
- Previous experience with NASA or DoD customers
- Previous experience in human spaceflight mission full life cycle activities
This position requires the candidate to obtain a TS/SCI clearance as required. US Citizenship is required to obtain this clearance.
