Program Overview

A staff augmentation program dedicated to providing expertise and capabilities to IC restricted customer.

About The Role

Peraton seeks an experienced, pro-active Business Process Consultant/Systems Integrator to support an organization's front office. The candidate will provide administrative and business operations support to enable a fast-paced customer mission. Responsibilities include general support of day to day business management activities, meeting logistics and facilitation, event planning, correspondence and impact reports, action tracking and governance board facilitation. The SI will also be responsible for maintenance of SharePoint sites and sub-sites. The position will report to a Customer Chief.
  • Responsible for both Front Office SI and Strategic SI Support requirements, as a dual-hatted Front Office and Strategic SI.
  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to development of solution strategy, writing strategic communications, and recording staff meeting minutes.
  • Administrative duty as required including on/off boarding, visit/ticket entry, equipment maintenance tickets
  • Develops and updates organizational charts, phone trees, agendas, and captures and packages information from staff meetings.
  • Engages with front office staff and provides necessary products and/or solutions that integrate into current processes.
    • Maintain situational awareness of team priorities and activities and how they fit within the larger org
  • Works with leadership to help draft a strategic plan for high-priority efforts.
  • Ability to lead small one-off non-development projects resulting from front office tasking. This includes but is not limited to generation of project artifacts, schedule, briefings, and any other artifacts required for the specific project.
    • Collecting meeting minutes, action items, and other status related information and driving actions to completion
    • Analysis of project requirements and development of strategy
    • Any background research necessary to fully understand project topic
  • Assists with a high volume of critical action items for the office and prepares material for Continuity of Operations for the office while ensuring continuous updates as required.
  • Address team level actions with customer management to ensure timely and accurate completion

Qualifications

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance
  • BA/BS and 8+ years of experience; Masters and 6+ years of experience; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Ability to work independently to accomplish tasking
  • Other ad-hoc tasking as required
  • Excellent organizational skills and task tracking
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Suite to include but not limited to PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel

SCA / Union / Intern Rate or Range

Details

Target Salary Range: $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
