Peraton is seeking a Business Operations Analyst (Multiple Openings/Multiple Levels) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The ideal candidate willsupport the National Aeronautics and space Administration (NASA) customer. Additionally, the role will be responsible forpractice enabling change in an organizational context, by defining needs and recommend solutions that deliver value to stakeholders.

Details
Target Salary Range: $66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

About The Role

Peraton is seeking a Business Operations Analyst (Multiple Openings/Multiple Levels) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The ideal candidate willsupport the National Aeronautics and space Administration (NASA) customer. Additionally, the role will be responsible forpractice enabling change in an organizational context, by defining needs and recommend solutions that deliver value to stakeholders.
Examples of duties include but not limited to:
- Works closely with stakeholders to identify goals, develop best practices for data collection, and analyze current processes to determine what can be improved to achieve their desired outcome.
- Leads the planning and implementation of projects in relation to resources on the contract.
- Regularly interfaces with managers of all levels.
- Must demonstrate ability to work in and understand resourcing concepts.
- Provides advice and counsel to the organization in area of expertise.
- Plays a role in overall functional strategic planning.
- Manages program and project implementation and makes significant contributions to department goals and planning efforts.
- Data Analysis:Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business needs.
- Process Documentation: Document existing business processes, workflows, and procedures, and help identify areas for improvement.
- Works with subcontracting companies to ensure correct LCATs are used and timecards are accurate.
- Use administrative system for travel and expense reports.
- Manage and attend team meetings.
- Track action items from all contract executive meetings to closure.
- Coordinate communications with communications manager.
- Coordinate partner quarterly meeting structure and schedule.
- Interface with senior customer execs on scheduling open actions, escalations.
- Regular Communication with managers on contract.
- Coordinate governance schedule of program.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Level 1: BS/BA with 0-5 years of experience, Level 2: BS/BA with 3-9 years or MS/MA with 0-2 years, Level 3: BS/BA with 7-12 years or MS/MA with 3-5 years or PhD with 0-2 years
- General understanding of Adobe
- Ability to obtain security clearance (up to TS/SCI) or background investigation as required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools
- Knowledge and experience with Visualization of data
- Excellent Communication Skills andInterpersonal skillsa must
- Excellent Critical Thinking skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with NASA or DoD customers
- Previous experience in human spaceflight mission full life cycle activities
Security Clearance:
