As Sr. Facilities Coordinator, you'll support the day-to-day operations of building and facility services by coordinating maintenance activities, vendor services, and workspace logistics. This role ensures smooth facility operations through scheduling, tracking, and communication with internal teams and external partners.

What you'll do:
  • You will coordinate and track maintenance requests, repairs, and service tickets to ensure timely resolution.
  • You will assist with space planning, office moves, and workspace setup in collaboration with internal teams.
  • You will liaise with vendors and service providers to schedule and monitor facility-related work.
  • You will maintain accurate records of facility inspections, inventory, and equipment logs.
  • You will support compliance with facility policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
  • You will respond to day-to-day facility inquiries and provide support to ensure a functional work environment.

What you'll need to succeed:
  • You have an active Secret security clearance
  • You have a bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting facility operations, preferably in a federal contracting environment.
  • You have demonstrated experience coordinating daily facility services such as housekeeping, utilities, workspace setups, and office equipment including printers, scanners, shredders, and projectors.
  • You have the ability to assist with site modifications, including scheduling and tracking work related to HVAC systems, cabling, and electrical installations.
  • You have experience managing service requests and work orders using facilities management systems while maintaining accurate records and ensuring prompt follow-up.
  • You have the capability to support on-call facility needs and respond to after-hours emergencies in compliance with required timelines.
  • You have strong organizational skills and a commitment to sustainability, including familiarity with eco-friendly cleaning products and support for environmentally responsible procurement and operations.

Additional Compensation: This role may also be eligible for bonuses and/or additional incentives based on individual and company performance.
