As Mobile Device Administrator, you'll work with team members to complete annual inventory and mobile device deployment, with the goal of assisting the continuous improvement of IT Services to our government customer.

What you'll do:
  • You'll work with team members to complete annual inventory and mobile device deployment
  • You'll also provide troubleshooting and log in support to end users
  • You'll provide day-to-day support of laptops, tablets, and other mobile devices
  • You'll update reports and documentation
  • You'll integrate lessons learned to processes and procedures

What you'll need to succeed:
  • An active Secret security clearance with ability to obtain a Top Secret
  • A bachelor's degree
  • 3 years of experience with mobile devices, including laptops and tablets
  • 2 years of experience in a customer facing and fast paced environment
  • Knowledge/experience in troubleshoot IT issues, providing end user support, asset management, and securing mobile devices
  • An understanding of managing tickets, communicating via email, and proficiency using MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, process improvement, and accountability
