Onsite Requirements:
* Coordinate candidate interviews and assist in scheduling with groups and departments.
* Monitor HR recruiting email and phone line.
* Previous experience supporting operational activities within a Human Resources department.
Job Description:
The Human Resources Coordinator will work alongside other TA Coordinators to provide administrative support across the TA Operations and HR business partnership function in the Human Resources Department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support HRBP and Talent Acquisition team administratively, inclusive of processing all employee actions, beginning with hiring and onboarding through the offboarding process.
* Coordinate processing of entries through submission of personnel action forms to Workforce Service Center.
* Coordinate candidate interviews and assist in scheduling with groups and departments.
* Assist with pre- and post-employment transactions including onboarding documentation.
* Participate in New Employee Orientation on a rotational basis, facilitating presentation materials to new employees.
* Monitor HR recruiting email and phone line.
* Provide office coverage at a minimum of two days per week to greet employees and assist with questions as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
* A high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience supporting operational activities within a Human Resources department.
* Familiarity with automated resume tracking systems and HR software.
* Excellent administrative skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
* Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
