Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Network/Cyber Security Branch Lead to support a program at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington.

For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.

This position is contingent upon award.

Requirements

How Role will make an impact:
  • Acts as the overall communications architect and network team manager for the MTC with coordination responsibility with outside agencies and MTC branches.
  • Establishes communications architecture, oversee network infrastructure maintenance, coordinate communications plans, configure equipment, and assist with installation for distributed exercises.
  • Coordinates all communications architecture and exercise support plans with planners at other facilities, JBLM Network Enterprise Center (NEC), and tactical units.
  • Plans include data, voice, and Video Teleconference (VTC) distribution over LAN and WAN in classified and unclassified modes for networks, MTC SIMNETs, NIPRNET, SIPRNET, tactical networks, and transport (e.g. JTEN, KTEN, GAIT, etc.).

What you'll need to have to join our award-winning team:
  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Top Secret Clearance
  • IAT II Certification
  • Bachelor's degree in Network Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in network architecture design, implementation, and management;
  • Possess an advanced knowledge in network planning, troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Advanced knowledge of network hardware and software components;
  • Strong understanding of technology integration, information flow, configuration and implementation of LAN/WAN; firewalls and security; and storage and backup methodologies.
  • Must understand and be able to apply RMF methodology and the Certification & Accreditation process.
  • Must meet DoDM 8140.03 (DoD 8570.01-M) IAT III DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) requirements.
