What You Will Do :
Our Software Engineers are experienced professionals who provide software engineering expertise to our clients. They work directly with teammates and our National Security clients to execute the following job responsibilities:
- Lead and drive the technical development and deployment of workflows (e.g., approvals, business logic, etc.) within the Collibra platform within a mission-enabling organizational component.
- Operate within a highly collaborative, client-facing team to ensure that technical development efforts are tightly aligned with component objectives and broader initiatives.
- Utilize demonstrated experience with implementing user-friendly workflows and enhancing the overall user experience.
- Sustain a commitment to proactiveness, initiative, and a willingness to learn and lead in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and requirements.
- Leverage familiarity with data governance and management practices.
What You Will Need :
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal with DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in Information Science or a similar technical field
- TEN (10) or more years of experience implementing software development practices to include Agile and Scrum
- Experience in Front-End Development
- Experience with AWS
What Would Be Nice to Have:
- Master's degree
- Prior consulting experience with federal government customers
- Leadership-level communications polish and briefing skills
- Strong strategic communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate with autonomy
- External experience with structured, strategic communications initiatives
