Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Product Manager to support multiple programs and proposal activities in Hazelwood, Missouri in the role of a Product Manager.
Position Responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at in Hazelwood, MO.

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Product Manager to support multiple programs and proposal activities in Hazelwood, Missouri in the role of a Product Manager.
Position Responsibilities:
- Creates and manages a prioritized backlog of tasks for agile engineering teams
- Researches, analyzes, and compiles complex technical data for company products and system-level concepts in the projected operational environments to optimize effectiveness over the program lifecycle
- Applies complex systems engineering processes, methodologies and tools to the design of system of systems, systems and new product development
- Derives and develops complex architectures, functional requirements, refinements and product designs
- Assists in the integration of technical, cost, value, risks and specialty engineering considerations into definition of the product
- Interfaces with other members of the project or program teams, management, sales and marketing staff, customers and suppliers to meet group, organization and company objectives
- Develops and revises Statements of Work and Supplier Statements of Work
- Performs technical planning and control; maintains and improves processes and software tools
- Participates in Scaled Agile Framework planning and execution
- Oversees training, leads and mentors others

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 3+ years' experience managing projects with Earned Value Management reporting requirements
- 5+ years' experience with data analytics or computer technology
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 9+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Master's degree
- Active Security Clearance
- EVM certified to be a Control Account Manager
- 1+ year experience on one or more F/A-18, F-15, MQ-25 aircraft programs
- 1+ year experience with Open Plan Professional
- 1+ year experience with Jira project management software
- 5+ years project management experience
- 5+ years' experience with Lean process improvement projects and principles
- Experience performing root cause analysis to identify corrective actions
- Experience developing or reviewing Statements of Work
- Experience developing Basis of Estimates for contract proposals
