Job Description
BAE Systems, is seeking a dedicated, self-motivated and proficient Anti-Ship Missile Defense (ASMD) Support Analyst to join our team at the NATO SEASPARROW Project Office (NSPO) in Arlington, VA. The selected candidate will provide programmatic and engineering support to the Combat Systems & Fleet Support Division at NSPO. The successful candidate will be required to interface, on a regular basis, with government personnel, government activities, and prime contractor personnel to accomplish tasking.
Key Responsibilities:
In support of the Combat Systems Integration Branch Manager, the candidate will provide programmatic and engineering support in the following areas as specified:
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
High School with 8+ years' work experience Or an Associate's degree with 6+ years' work experience Or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline, with 4+ years' work experience, Or a Master Degree with 2+ years' work experience.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $95106 - $161680
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

The selected candidate will provide programmatic and engineering support to the Combat Systems & Fleet Support Division at NSPO. The successful candidate will be required to interface, on a regular basis, with government personnel, government activities, and prime contractor personnel to accomplish tasking.
Key Responsibilities:
In support of the Combat Systems Integration Branch Manager, the candidate will provide programmatic and engineering support in the following areas as specified:
- Provide comprehensive programmatic support for all areas of the ASMD capability.
- Serve as the primary liaison with other supporting or responsible Field Activities and/or prime contractor(s) to maintain seamless project execution.
- Leads working groups and/or Integrated Product Teams (IPT), as required, to address critical development, integration, or integration verification activities across the ASMD capability.
- Leads USN integration projects and coordinates with the Combat Management System (CMS) at PEO IWS 80, IWS X, and/or the prime contractor on behalf of IWS 12.
- Facilitate the coordination of meetings, including scheduling, agenda setting, developing meeting minutes and action items.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders.
- Manage action item tracking to ensure timely and effective resolution of project tasks.

- Understanding of technical systems (Combat Management System, Radars, Launchers and Missiles)
- Understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices and standards or wide application of technical principles
- Ability to independently develop solutions to a variety of complex problems (with reference to established precedents and policies)
- Ability to represent the organization as a prime contact on contracts or projects
- Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret clearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite of applications
- Ability to work independently, under general direction, in accomplishing objectives
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Active Secret U.S. government security clearance.
- Familiarity with Navy ships, combat management and missile systems.
- Full knowledge of industry practices
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with Department of Defense (DOD) Acquisition Regulations.
- Previous experience in interacting with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations.
