Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking a Site Lab Configuration Project Manager for the AEGIS Technical Representative (TECHREP) program located at the Combat Systems Engineering & Development Site (CDEDS) in Mt. Laurel, NJ. The qualified candidate will become part of the AEGIS TECHREP Engineering Support Services contract working with a highly complex radar and computer system critical to the defense of the United States.
The candidate will provide lab configuration support to include participation in meetings, discussions, and communications to support the development of an execution plan for each planned project. Additionally, the candidate will:

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $77809 - $132275
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

BAE Systems is seeking a Site Lab Configuration Project Manager for the AEGIS Technical Representative (TECHREP) program located at the Combat Systems Engineering & Development Site (CDEDS) in Mt. Laurel, NJ. The qualified candidate will become part of the AEGIS TECHREP Engineering Support Services contract working with a highly complex radar and computer system critical to the defense of the United States.
The candidate will provide lab configuration support to include participation in meetings, discussions, and communications to support the development of an execution plan for each planned project. Additionally, the candidate will:
- Interface with CSEDS Government Site Manager, Senior USN Leadership and Lockheed Martin to track all casualties that may impact the availability of labs and testing.
- Responsible for integrating and managing combat systems maintenance; evaluating combat systems material and operational readiness; managing combat system alignment; and managing AEGIS Weapon System (AWS).
- Engage with developer and other organizations to lay out project tasks to meet project and site objectives. Interact with customer leadership and developer daily.
- Assess site lab changes and coordinate support for design and development of site-specific alterations to existing combat systems to include installation, integration, interface, and activation of new equipment with existing equipment or systems.
- Provide Property Management by assessing GFE / CFE configurations and GFCP/ Software Installations and configurations.
- Provide project management to Oversee the Site Change Implementation Notice (SCIN) and ORDALT process for all CSEDS Labs
- Work closely with the Deputy Site Manager and assist the Gov Site manager in all aspects of daily CSEDS Lab operations
- Track the configuration of PARM installed ACS equipment.
- Ensure Lab configs are captured in Caps and Lims (Capabilities and Limitations) Document as well as the Site CDD
- Support TI Tracking to Include Review of Government Created TIs
- Track past and upcoming needed ORDALTS (SmoothLog)
- Start Configuration tracking after overall SOD is complete and lab is turned over to stakeholders for testing
- Interact with PARMS/ ISEAs to schedule for on-site technical support, ORDALT installation, and software support
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Possess a working knowledge of Combat Systems, peripheral, and integrated associated environment.
- Aegis Weapon System, Aegis Combat System background prior Military or shipyard experience
- Project management experience
- Organization skills
- Customer relations skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Self-starter, proactive
- Security Clearance Requirement: Must have a secret level DoD security clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
- Hardware integration experience
- Experience with development and maintenance of computer programs
- On-site required (not a virtual position)
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Project Management experience
- Bachelor degree (BS/BA) in a related engineering field, and/or relevant military experience
