Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, managing schedules, appointments, and communications to optimize their time and effectiveness.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of management, maintaining a high standard of professionalism in all interactions.
- Develop and maintain organizational systems for files, documents, and office resources to promote efficiency and accessibility.
- Assist with problem-solving and analytical tasks, contributing to process improvements and operational effectiveness.
- Manage travel arrangements through the Defense Travel System, ensuring compliance with Joint Travel Regulations for all travel-related activities.
- Collaborate with team members to address administrative needs and implement best practices for customer service and office management.
- Utilize MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and SharePoint to prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Requirements:
- Required 3-5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant capacity supporting senior executives.
- Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of management and stakeholders.
- Strong customer service orientation with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with the Defense Travel System and the Joint Travel Regulations.
