Bailey Information Technology, LLC is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) Journeyman to provide strategic guidance on Information Management (IM) and Information Technology (IT) workforce planning and human capital management in support of the Defense Health Agency, U.S. Department of Defense. This role will require a deep understanding of the Department of Defense (DoD) and the specific operations of the Defense Health Agency.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements
- Familiarity with the DoD and the Defense Health Agency is highly desired.
- 3-5 years of experience in strategic planning, particularly within the IM/IT workforce context.
- Proven proficiency in business process development and improvement methodologies.
- Possesses and demonstrates expertise on multiple, complex assignments with the ability to provide insightful and actionable recommendations.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
