Senior Logistics Analyst

Description

SAIC seeks an experienced Senior Obsolescence DMSMS Logisticianfor theGround-Based Radar (GBR) Maintenance and Sustainment Services (GMASS) contract. GMASS supports the US Space Force, Space Systems Command, in performing operational maintenance and sustainment of five Upgraded Early Warning Radars (UEWR), and one Perimeter Acquisition Radar Attack Characterization System (PARCS). The ground-based radars are critical to US and Allied strategic missile warning, missile defense, and space domain awareness missions. The DMSMS Logisticianwill have strong skills in lifecycle management activities with the GMASS program teams (e.g., Integrated Product Support, Depot Maintenance, etc.).

Job Duties include:

• Continuously monitor product components and technologies for potential obsolescence.
• Utilize tools and databases to track lifecycle status and identify early DMSMS risks.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to evaluate the impact of obsolescence.
• Prioritize components based on criticality and likelihood of obsolescence and develop proactive management plans.
• Engage with suppliers and engineers for timely information and to collaborate on obsolescence strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of professional experience.
• Possess and maintain Secret Clearance.

Desired:

• Use of BAE's AVCOM for Obsolescence Data Management.

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
