Solidus is searching for a Systems Engineer. This position requires a candidate with an active Top Secret / SCI w/ Poly Clearance. CI Poly must be current., This position is located in Aurora, Co. Candidates must be able to work on-site.
The selected candidate will be a member of a cross-discipline specialist engineering team responsible for system problem/anomaly resolution support, data trending and performance analysis. The team also provides program expertise on engineering subsystems, maintains a baseline of operational products.

Day in the Life:
Assignments can involve a combination of systems analyst and training related tasks.
Analyst tasks and responsibilities will include
- development and improvement of operations processes/products
- investigation and diagnosis of unexpected system signatures
- supporting the coordination and execution of system maintenance tasks
- coordinating across multiple contractor organizations, with the customer, and with our external system partners to diligently accomplish all tasks.
- Selected analysts provide on-call support to lead the resolution of system issues. Must be able to work as an effective member, self-motivated and work under minimal supervision while coordinating and performing assigned tasks.
- Analyze, trend and troubleshoot RF, Digital and electric systems.
- Monitor systems for degradation.
- Apply discipline knowledge to engineer procures and document technical solutions to problems.
- Support organizational status meetings.
- Communicate information to team and customer in either oral presentations or written form.
- US Citizenship
- An active TS/SCI Clearance with active CI Poly
- Willingness to undergo a thorough background investigation.
- BS, engineering or scientific discipline a plus and a minimum 2+ years of relevant experience (post-college), 12 years without a degree
- Demonstrated background in one or more relevant engineering disciplines.
- Ability to develop and maintain operational procedures
- Experience investigating and diagnosing unexpected system signatures
- Experience supporting system maintenance tasks.
- Experience analyzing and troubleshooting RF, Digital and Electric Systems.
- Monitoring systems for degradation.
- Apply discipline knowledge to engineer procurements and document technical solutions to problems.
- Self-motivated with the ability to proactively complete assigned tasks
- Provide on-call support to lead the resolution of system issues
