Job Description
MAXISIQ is seeking a skilled Field Service Representative tp support mission critical programs. This is a full-time position located in Lorton, VA with travel to Huntsville, AL and Aberdeen, MD. Positionavailable August 2025 upon award.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Supportingexercises, and experimentation events at least 2 times per year.
  • Providingdemonstrations of equipment.
  • Recording and documenting exercisesand experimentation events.
  • Preparingthe Failure Analysis and Corrective Action Report (FACAR) based on any hardware/software problem identified.
  • Supporting development of Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals, System User Manuals, System Administrator Manuals, and Training Support Package for meeting Army standards.
  • Responsible for planning and executing touch points.
  • Collectingfeedback from Soldiers on the installation and operation to include faults and defects.
  • Preparinga Failure Analysis and Corrective Action Report based on feedback from demonstrations a Soldier Touch Points.
  • Preparingtraining and support manuals including technical manuals, user/ administrator manuals, and training support packages.

  • Qualifications
    Clearance Requirement:
  • Active Secret level clearance, minimum.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years ofexperience.
  • Experience:
  • 3-5 years' experience required in military tactical communications, signals intelligence, or electronic warfare systems installation, operation, and maintenance.
  • 3-5 years' experience required with training development and support.
