DESCRIPTION OF POSITION/DUTIES:
All Points is seeking an experienced Red Hat OpenShift Architect that will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our OpenShift container platform infrastructure along with critical components including Traefik Enterprise and Redis. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in containerization technologies and a strong understanding of enterprise-grade architectural patterns.

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION/DUTIES:
All Points is seeking an experienced Red Hat OpenShift Architect that will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our OpenShift container platform infrastructure along with critical components including Traefik Enterprise and Redis. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in containerization technologies and a strong understanding of enterprise-grade architectural patterns.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Design, deploy, and maintain Red Hat OpenShift clusters in production environments
- Implement and manage Traefik Enterprise as the ingress solution for our containerized applications
- Configure and optimize Redis instances for high-performance caching and data storage
- Develop automation strategies for OpenShift deployments using infrastructure as code principles
- Create and maintain architectural documentation and runbooks
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational standards
- Troubleshoot complex issues across the container platform ecosystem
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application deployment workflows
- Perform capacity planning and resource optimization across the cluster
- Lead disaster recovery planning and implementation for container workloads
- Stay current with emerging container technologies and recommend improvements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with container orchestration platforms, with at least 3 years focused on Red Hat OpenShift
- Proven experience managing Traefik Enterprise in production environments
- Strong knowledge of Redis configuration, optimization, and operation
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, etc.)
- Solid understanding of networking concepts including DNS, load balancing, and routing
- Proficiency with Linux operating systems and containerization technologies
- Experience with monitoring and observability solutions for containerized environments
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.)
