EBS Implementation Lead – Contingent

Join our executive-tier team supporting the Defense Logistics Agency's (DLA) Joint Contingency & Expeditionary Services (JCXS) program, and help architect the next generation of enterprise capability across the defense ecosystem.
Role Overview:

As the Implementation SME, you will provide expert-level functional and technical support for DLA's JCXS platform-an enterprise-scale acquisition and logistics solution enabling agile contracting for contingency operations worldwide.

This is a critical leadership role within a senior support team, advising high-level stakeholders, solving complex technical challenges, and driving innovation at scale. You'll collaborate with senior government officials, manage cross-functional delivery teams, and ensure that system sustainment efforts directly align with mission objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for JCXS systems and associated processes.
• Guide technical direction, strategic planning, and long-term implementation roadmaps.
• Lead functional and technical support for system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and production operations.
• Collaborate across executive-level DoD stakeholders and contracting teams to align system evolution with mission priorities.
• Translate complex technical requirements into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, configuration management, and enterprise governance standards.
• Drive continuous innovation while maintaining system stability and operational readiness.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of progressive experience supporting DoD or federal financial systems.
• Expert knowledge of EBS applications (financial, logistics, and contracting modules).
• Deep understanding of DoD and Federal financial/logistics processes, including acquisition and contingency operations.
• 10+ years overall experience implementing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise-scale ERP/financial/logistics systems.
• Proven success leading large-scale projects within the DoD or Federal space.
• Ability to translate between technical language and mission-driven requirements for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills across multi-disciplinary, geographically distributed teams.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).
