Program Acquisition Specialist - TS/SCI clearance

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Program Acquisition Specialist to support the U.S. Space Forces mission of delivering warfighter capability via the Space Systems Command's Space Domain Awareness and Combat Power and Battle Management, Command, Control and Communications weapon system portfolios onsite in El Segundo, CA.

**Top Secret/SCI Clearance Required**

Responsibilities:

• Provide advice to Program/Project Managers regarding acquisition strategies, schedules, contracting, budgeting, and execution
• Prepare periodic status reports, coordinate, and execute periodic staff meetings and technical interchange meetings, and develop acquisition plans, schedules, and executive program briefings
• Develop, draft, and coordinate overarching program planning and execution documents asAc prescribed by/tailored from DoDI 5000.02 / Acquisition Framework, and relevant DoD, AF, and local unit policies that pertain to rapid prototyping
• Provide technical and programmatic assessments of contractor design/milestone reviews to assess progress, risks and issues, and the ability to achieve mission requirements
• Provide program element coordination, staffing and monitoring; advise and assist government customer regarding funding commitments, obligations, and expenditures as well as drafting and supporting delivery of program funding documentation and monthly financial reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent business-related discipline and nine (9) or more years in government weapon systems acquisitions and program management and, or Contracts management within the Department of Defense
• Must have an in-scope background investigation (SSBI/T5) and the ability to obtain Sensitive Compartment Information and Special Access Program accesses as well as be willing to consent to a polygraph examination
• Experience with Department of Defense Major Capability Acquisition System process
• Experience with Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System process
• Experience in Planning, Programing, Budget and Execution process

Compensation: **Depending on years of experience and degree**

150,000-175,000k : 9+ years of experience

175,000-200,000k : 18+ years of experience
