Leidos has an opening for a Senior ISR Training Specialist at Offutt AFB, NE. This position is part of a large program supporting Air Combat Command’s (ACC) Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission. Candidates must already possess a TS/SCI with Polygraph in order to be considered.

 

Primary Responsibilities

• Support unit's virtual, on-line and ancillary training program delivery via knowledge portals & web-based instructional systems.
  
• Support delivery of formal and continuation training for personnel assigned to support the 55th Wing.
  
• Create course content, materials, and curriculum, specifically focused on the overall ISR mission.
  
• Deliver pre-mission briefings and administer academic testing following training events.
  
• Mentor junior analysts and provide specific feedback one-on-one in the learning environment.
  
• Provide support to analysts, linguists, and ISR professionals using online/virtual training platforms. Troubleshoot problems with technology and tools as needed
  
• Recommend course updates and make enhancements as approved.
  

 

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 20 years or Master's and 15 years of relevant experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  
• Experience with online course content creation and delivery.
  
• TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
  

 

Preferred Experience:

• Knowledge of the 55th Wing and associated mission requirements.
  
• Previous experience supporting [Advising for Senior and Leading for SME] USAF or other military training or standards/evaluations programs to include at least one of the following:
  
• Initial and Master Qualification programs and Continuation Training, to include Courseware Development (CWD), Instructional Systems Design (ISD), Status of Training (SOT) reporting, or documentation of Job Qualifications Standards (JQS) or student progress reports.

Pay Range: Pay Range $80,600.00 - $145,700.00
