Astrion has an exciting opportunity for an ET-3 Logistics Generalist for the Cyber TMAS II contract, supporting the Air Force.
JOB DETAILS
LOCATION: Eglin AFB, FL
JOB STATUS: FT
TRAVEL: 10-25%
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of applicable experience is required. Additional years of experience may be substituted.
Active Secret clearance.
Wide variety of experience in vehicle operations, Air Force aircraft, flightline operations, or ground systems maintenance support related activities including safety, supply, tools management, hazardous materials, and management, or unit level purchasing.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively on a team and work independently when required.
Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing including communication skills in areas of technical writing and briefings.
Must be able to lift 35 lbs.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
Air Force systems developmental or operational test and evaluation logistical support experience.
DOD aircraft or systems project or process leadership or management experience.
Coordinating requirements with multiple team members to accomplish the unit mission.
Air Force Vehicle Control Officer experience.
Air Force unit Environmental Coordinator experience.
Air Force unit level purchasing or acquisition experience.
Air Force supply operations experience.
Air Force facilities management experience.
Experience towing trailers or vehicles.
Proficiency in the use and integration of Microsoft Office applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide logistics and project support for a wide range of 96 CTG test projects.
Work closely with co-workers, leadership, project managers, test engineers, test customers, and other organizations to support the wide-ranging test and evaluation logistics needs.
Support Air Force Group and squadron level Logistics Office responsibilities which may include one or more of the following additional Air Force programs: contract aircraft flight safety inspections, Unit Environmental Focal Point, Vehicle Control Officer (VCO), Unit Airfield Driving Program, Equipment Accounts, Self-Inspection programs, purchasing and acquisition, Personal Wireless Communications Systems (PWCS), Land Mobile Radios, Range Logistics, Supply, Facility Management and COMSEC Management and other duties related to supporting the test mission.
Support facilities management for multiple 96 CTG locations.
Assist with developing plans, preparing documentation, and coordinating with internal and external organizations (for example, DT&E test teams, 96 CTG and squadron personnel, contracting, civil engineering, LMCA, airfield management, maintenance organizations).
Witness contractor and Government civil engineering projects during project execution.
Manage the Consolidated Tool Kit (CTK) program. Issue, organize, inventory and maintain the issued.
Travel on occasion to support test logistics requirements.
Occasional outdoor work will be required.
Occasional extended and variable hours will be required to support test mission.
