Budget Processes and Reporting:
Design, implement, perform, and improve processes, procedures, and reporting to support fund usage and related reporting.
Perform day-to-day budget processing, including committing, obligating, and expensing funds.
Prepare supporting documents for budget exercises, over-guidance, unfunded calls, and reprogramming.
Prepare briefings, budgets, spend plans, and programmatic activities to support reporting requirements.
Financial Analysis and Monitoring:
Monitor and analyze spending trends, obligations, and execution rates.
Reconcile spend plans with actuals and planned expenditures, recommending options to address over or underutilization of resources.
Perform short-term and long-term financial trend analysis.
Process Improvement and Compliance:
Design, implement, and enhance processes and procedures for out-year budgeting.
Implement processes and procedures supporting Service Level Agreement (SLA) establishment and provide expert guidance on contractual requirements, obligations, and funding tenure.
Reporting and Documentation:
Support the development and drafting of contributions to the Congressional Budget Justification Book and related planning exercises.
Develop and produce budget and finance reports to effectively communicate financial information.

12 years of experience supporting classified customer in the intelligence community:
Formulating and executing budgets.
Monitoring all phases of the spend plan process, including reprogramming funds.
Proactively identifying areas of concern and implementing solutions.
Demonstrated experience using customer-specific classified applications for budget monitoring and execution.
Proven expertise in performing day-to-day budget processing through customer systems to commit, obligate, and expense funds.
Strong track record of developing and delivering comprehensive budget and finance reports.
