In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilities
Support the execution of a proof-of-concept with GitPod ( https://www.gitpod.io/ )
Run pre-defined tests and work with product teams to understand business benefits.
Analyse results and define a possible implementation architecture/concept incl. roadmap.
Work with relevant client teams such as architecture, security, and networking to align overall implementation strategy.
Analyze possible risks and define mitigation actions to be implemented.
Support the implementation of mitigation actions.

Required technical and professional expertise
- AWS: Experience with AWS security services, including IAM, VPC, S3, and CloudTrail
- Kubernetes: Deep understanding of Kubernetes security features, including network policies, secret management, and RBAC
- Docker: Experience with Docker and containerization, including Docker Compose and Kubernetes integration
- Ansible: Knowledge of Ansible automation and configuration management; Packer: Experience with Packer for image creation and management
- Terraform: Understanding of Terraform and infrastructure as code
- GitLab CI/CD: Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and automation; Artifactory: Knowledge of Artifactory for artifact management and distribution; Sonarqube: Understanding of Sonarqube for code quality and security analysis
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills and can work in a complex set of stakeholders
- Has a proactive attitude and can drive things forward, taking responsibility for the tasks end-to-end; Has a hands-on attitude and can drive topics in a responsible manner end-to-end
