Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Logistician 3 to support U.S. Navy logistics operations and life cycle sustainment efforts. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth knowledge of Navy logistics policies, processes, and systems, and be able to provide expert-level logistics planning and execution in support of naval systems and platforms.

As a Logistician 3, you will work alongside program management, engineering, and supply support teams to ensure systems are supportable, maintainable, and fully mission-capable throughout their lifecycle. This is a high-impact position requiring strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) documentation, including Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP) and Logistics Product Data (LPD).
Perform logistics planning, supportability analysis, and maintenance task development.
Provide subject matter expertise in supply support, configuration management, provisioning, technical data, support equipment, and packaging/handling/storage/transportation (PHS&T).
Utilize Navy logistics systems and tools to track and manage inventory, procurement, and maintenance data.
Support provisioning, supply chain analysis, and readiness tracking efforts.
Prepare briefings, reports, and logistics deliverables for internal teams and government stakeholders.
Interface with government customers, contractors, and logistics support activities to ensure alignment with program goals and milestones.
Mentor junior logisticians and coordinate logistics tasking across teams.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in logistics, engineering, business, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of logistics experience, with at least 3 years supporting U.S. Navy or Department of Defense programs.
Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
Strong understanding of DoD logistics principles and Navy ILS elements.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Navy logistics systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
