Are You Ready to Code for a Cause?
You're not just looking for another job. You're looking to be part of something bigger—a mission that matters. As a Junior Software Engineer with us, your code won’t just run. It will protect. It will enable. It will defend.
This is your chance to launch your engineering career inside a high-impact environment where every commit contributes to national security. You'll work with seasoned engineers, modern tech stacks, and real-world systems that make a difference every day.
Why This Role Will Elevate You
Mission-Focused Work: Be part of mission-critical software development supporting aerospace, missile defense, and military operations.
Mentorship & Growth: Work directly with senior engineers who are passionate about building up junior talent.
Hands-On Impact: You're not going to be pushing paperwork—you’ll be writing real code, solving real problems, from day one.
Security Clearance Advantage: Already cleared? You’re ahead of the game. Use your clearance to step into projects most engineers will never see.
What You’ll Be Doing
Designing, building, and refining software solutions using Java, C++, or other OOP languages
Collaborating in agile teams to build scalable, secure, and reliable systems
Writing automated tests and debugging mission-critical applications
Learning by doing—working alongside experts on real-world projects that are deployed in operational environments
Participating in code reviews, system integrations, and iterative improvements
What You Bring to the Table
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
1–5 years of software engineering experience (internships or co-ops count!)
Proficiency with at least one modern language like Java or C++
Familiarity with Git, Jira, and modern CI/CD tools
A natural curiosity and hunger to learn fast and solve tough problems
Active Secret Clearance and eligibility for Top Secret
Bonus Points (Not Required, But Nice to Have)
Exposure to military systems (missile defense, aerospace, or satellite software)
Experience with Linux environments or scripting
Understanding of Agile or DevSecOps principles
What You’ll Get
Competitive salary ($95K–$135K, depending on experience)
Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and more
Career advancement opportunities and internal mobility
A chance to do the kind of work that makes your parents proud
Don’t Miss This
Engineering jobs are everywhere. But this is rare: a junior-level role where your work supports real-world defense systems, backed by experienced mentors and a team that believes in lifting you up. This is more than a title—it’s a mission.
