COLSA Corporation is seeking candidates for positions in support of Marine Corps Information Operations Center (MCIOC) in Quantico, VA. This work supports USMC Operational Forces, Information Operations (IO) advocates, IO proponents and encompasses disciplines of IO development and integration, signature management, IO analysis, operational security, program management, and intelligence technical support functions.
Assist in the development of OIE planning in support of deployed teams, MAGTFs, and other organizations as needed. Assist in the conduct responsive OIE analysis, planning and targeting support to augment designated commands during training, exercises, and deployments and operations. Planning efforts using various processes (e.g. Joint Planning Process (JPP) and Marine Corps Planning Process (MCPP)). Planning support focus is by region depending on the situational needs of the Government. Regional areas include CENTCOM, SOUTHCOM, INDOPACOM, NORTHCOM, AFRICOM and EUCOM. May require off-site support and periodic CONUS and OCONUS travel.

- Support planning and de-confliction of tasks, actions, activities, and priorities in coordination with operations and in support of Marine Corps mission;
- Provide input for Regional Support Teams (RST) per Government Operations Officer and RST policy;
- Attend and participate in weekly staff meetings, working groups, conferences and operational planning teams as applicable to OIE planning;
- Assist with coordinating support requests from the FMF per Operations Officer policy;
- Assist with coordinating support for ongoing, planned, and projected operations and external exercises;
- Provide input for internal exercises including the Command's Information Warfighter Exercise (IWX) both in a classroom and field environment;
- Conduct and provide regional reach-back support to deployed OIE Detachments and Expeditionary PSYOP Teams (EPT);
- Collect lessons learned, to include facilitating writing and/or editing reports for MCIOC submission to the MCCLL. Interface with MCCLL as required, and;
- Develop and submit ad-hoc reports.

- Bachelor's degree or higher and 8-10 years of related experience
- High school diploma and 12 years of related experience
- Experience working in Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) related operations
- Experience in Marine Corps
- Active TS/SCI clearance
