Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Analyze programs to determine operational and contractual requirements.
- Track program process and control.
- Analyze the impact or potential impact of missed or inadequate deliverable on program accomplishment.
- Oversees and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
- Draft program documentation to support activities to higher-level management.
- Reports, analyzes, and interprets financial and operating data.
- Monitor program controls to identify risk and recommend mitigation strategies
- Provide status briefings at the frequency required by the customer. They assist in review and assessment of all contract modifications.
- Perform analytical review and arithmetic checks of cost reporting documentation; review Trip Reports, Expense Reports, and Quality Control Plans; Transition-In Plans, Transition-Out Plans; and provide Kickoff Meeting support.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in a similar role
- BA/BS degree (Permitted experience exchange: High School and 6 years of additional experience or associate's degree and 4 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree)
- Experience with Excel including Macros, Pivot tables, lookup formulas.
- Understanding of US Government procurement and contracting, Cost Accounting Standards, and FAR.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- Certified Associate Program Management Professional (CAPM) or DAU Level 1 certification in Program Management preferred.
- Experience with the development and management of project activities and schedule within integrated master plans/schedules using Microsoft Project.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must have a current/active Secret clearance
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
