Job Description:
* Develop real-time, embedded software components of a complex communication system.
* Work collaboratively on software development team to meet program milestones
Required Skills:
* Familiarity and experience developing with real-time, embedded operating systems or experience developing with resource-constrained systems and low-level Linux in addition to POSIX-compliant application layer programming.
* Experience with C, C++ and object-oriented development.
* Experience with software lifecycle processes and their associated tools, such as software modeling with Unified Modeling Language (UML), revision control, and issue tracking.
* Experience interfacing with firmware components (FPGAs).
* Experience with communication signal processing and protocols.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience in development for resource-constrained platforms.
* Familiarity with MATLAB.
