Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the recruitment, hiring, and supervisory duties necessary to maintain qualified staff to complete contract Task Orders.
- Responsible for overall management of each Task Order.
- Participates in regularly scheduled meetings with the Customer and Technical Points of Contact at least monthly.
- Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities and representatives on technical and program/project issues.
- Regularly briefs senior leadership on program status and milestones.
- Ensures all work performed meets contract requirements and is withing funding, schedule and staffing constraints.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Position Requirements:
- At a minimum, a Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering field. Degree must be from an accredited school.
- At least 5 years' experience managing personnel on federal contracts.
- Program Management Institute - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification within the past five (5) years.
Security Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government Top Secret security clearance.
- Successful Pass of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening and Credit Check.
