Position Overview
The MCICOM G5 DRRS Analyst will provide program management support to the MCICOM DRRS Program, which provides COMMCICOM with the program management framework, data and systems to understand and communicate the regional and installation readiness levels.
Essential Job Function
- Work to complete and obtain MCICOM leadership and CD&I's approval for revised Mission Essential Tasks ( METs) and Mission Essential Task List (METL) based on April 2024 conference, including coordination efforts, briefs, meetings.
- Work with HQ, regional, and installation staff to develop and coordinate measures, and where appropriate, to address equipment and personnel measures, for revised METs and METLs, develop communications regarding effort, and update policies, guidebooks and develop/provide training for new approach (divorced from COLS), obtain required approvals for use in DRRS system.
- Develop timelines, communications, and briefs and record meeting notes and required follow-up actions for all aspects of MCICOM's quarterly DRRS quarterly reporting, including briefs to COMMCICOM. Briefs include Readiness Brief to AC/S G-3/5, Readiness Brief to Regional Commanders, O-6 Readiness Board, Executive Readiness Board, Quarterly Readiness Board and Institutional Readiness Board.
- Input MCICOM's DRRS's reports to PP&O with required reviews and help ensure timely input by MCICOM regions.
- Work with HQ Program leads and MCICOM PPBE planning/ programming efforts, as required to align DRRS issues with other Command reporting efforts.
- Work with COLS performance data, as required, to provide details on DRRS issues.
- Update guidebooks, training, or policy for the MCICOM DRRS program, in accordance with PP&O or CD&I readiness efforts and provide needed training.
- Track issues, areas for leadership advocacy and prepare for quarterly Working Group (WG), 0-6, Exec and Commandant Institutional Readiness Working Groups as well as other PP&O required readiness reports and products.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Four to ten years of experience supporting similar tasks.
