Tripoint Solutions is seeking an Oracle SME to join our team.

The successful candidate will be accountable to:
- Provides Subject Matter Level technical expertise on complex and challenging information technology projects with experience with Oracle Database Enterprise Edition 19c, 23ai and higher.
- Responsible for leading Oracle database projects and providing oversight on work done by all other Oracle database administrators. Provides support for early planning and conceptual stages of large, complex projects, database upgrades, updates, and fixes.
- Assesses the impact of updates and provide proposals for applying them effectively.
- Supports major projects from problem definition through problem resolution, and from feasibility analysis through project implementation.
- Adheres to and enforces the established ADSD database governance, quality control standards, performance measures, and guiding principles for the execution of database administration services.
- Supports several tasks concurrently and evaluates problems of workflow, organization, and planning, and develops appropriate corrective actions and prepares and performs presentations at technical interchange meetings, planning meetings and management reviews.
- Leads the effort in database upgrade to a major release like 19c to 23ai.
- Provides expertise in migrating on-prem databases to Amazon RDS environment like PostgreSQL.
What you bring
Experience, Education & Training:
- 7+ Years of Oracle database experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher
