The Opportunity:
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, customers, and guests, managing visit requests and ensuring a high level of customer service. You will assist with coordinating NTS events, communicating details to team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, customers, guests & process incoming and outgoing visitor requests
- Respond promptly to customer Requests for Information (RFIs), anticipate customer needs, and provide a high level of customer service throughout customer engagements
- Assist with the management of a master calendar of NTS events and disseminate information to team members and customers. Act as the back-up to the Mission Support Coordinator in their absence in all areas of duties and responsibilities
- Gather requirements from internal and external customers throughout the planning process; subsequently execute and manage requirements during the time of the event and conduct follow-ups to gauge customer satisfaction
- Maintain master roster of incoming visit requests
- Monitor cameras, access control and alarm systems to ensure compliance and safety
- Execute security policies and procedures according to guiding policies
- Assist with the receipt and shipments of materials in support of customer requirements
- Review shipping notices, bills of lading, purchase orders, shipments, communication with internal and external customers
- Liaise with customers, freight carriers, suppliers, retailers, customers, and management
- Open & close facilities on a rotating basis
- Report to the office outside of regular business hours to include evening, nights, holidays and weekends, as needed
