Overview

This role requires a professional with extensive experience in acquisition, logistics, business, or management to ensure effective coordination and execution of UAS programs. The Senior Program Management Analyst will work closely with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams to optimize operations and achieve mission objectives.
Responsibilities
Logistics Services:
- Lifecycle Logistics Support: Analyze and assist in planning, developing, and executing Integrated Product Support (IPS) requirements for the UAS portfolio, including supply chain management, maintenance planning, and risk mitigation.
- Supply Chain Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to sourcing, procurement, and conversion, including cybersecurity and quality manufacturing concerns.
- Disposal Processes: Support the planning and management of disposal processes for reutilization, transfer, donation, and disposal of Government Property (GP).
Design Interface:
- Human Systems Integration (HSI): Analyze and assess requirements related to HSI and Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM).
- Trade Studies: Conduct trade studies and provide recommendations for reliability improvement, compliance with policies, and achievement of program requirements.
- Design Reviews: Participate in design-related reviews, including System Requirements Review (SRR), Preliminary Design Review (PDR), Critical Design Review (CDR), and Test Readiness Review (TRR).
Technical Data Management:
- Digital Enterprise Support: Assist in managing Digital Enterprise product data and Digital Thread framework, ensuring accurate receipt and verification of Logistics Product Data and Digital System Models.
- Documentation Development: Support the development, revision, and maintenance of technical publications, including Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals, Operator Manuals, and Depot Maintenance Work Requirements.
- Validation and Verification: Participate in validation and verification efforts for technical publications and ensure accuracy in logistics support analysis reports, technical data packages, and provisioning records.
Manpower and Personnel:
- Personnel Planning: Assist in identifying, planning, and resourcing personnel with the grades and skills required to operate and maintain UAS systems effectively throughout their lifecycle.
- Documentation Development: Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of manpower-related program documentation, including the Manpower Estimate Report (MER) and Manpower Requirements Criteria (MARC).
Operations Management:
- Task Management: Develop and maintain task schedules, action item lists, and presentation materials; update leadership on risks and issues with mitigation recommendations.
- Strategic Communications: Assist in managing media relations, public affairs, and the public release of documentation, videos, and photographs for the UAS Project Office.
- Facilities Management: Support space design and utilization, movement/relocation management, and employee space use within the Government facility.
Presentation Support:
- Graphics and Visual Information: Assist in designing and developing graphics, visual information, and multimedia materials to support program plans in design, acquisition, development, test, production, and fielding of UAS systems.
- Briefing Materials: Prepare, document, update, and maintain presentation materials using tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat.
Qualifications
Required:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in acquisition, logistics, business, management, or a related field.
- In lieu of a degree: 11 years of relevant experience.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience gained after obtaining a bachelor's degree.
- Expertise in program management, logistics services, design interface, technical data management, and operations support.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in scheduling tools, logistics analysis tools, and graphic design software.
- Security Clearance:
- Active SECRET clearance required.
Work Location:
- Primary: Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.
- Secondary: Authorized virtual work location per customer Telework Policy. Temporary Duty (TDY) may be required at other locations.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
- Knowledge of Federal, DoD, and Army regulations related to logistics, design interface, technical data, and operations management.
