This role requires a professional with a strong background in logistics, engineering, or program management to coordinate efforts across multiple functional areas and ensure seamless execution of UAS programs. The Program Integrator will work closely with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams to optimize operations and achieve mission objectives.
Responsibilities
Logistics Services:
- Lifecycle Logistics Support: Provide planning, development, and execution of Integrated Product Support (IPS) requirements for the UAS portfolio, including supply chain management, maintenance planning, and risk mitigation.
- Supply Chain Risk Management: Analyze and assess risks related to sourcing, procurement, and conversion, including cybersecurity and quality manufacturing concerns.
- Disposal Processes: Plan and manage disposal processes for reutilization, transfer, donation, and disposal of Government Property (GP).
Design Interface:
- Human Systems Integration (HSI): Analyze and assess requirements related to HSI and Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM).
- Trade Studies: Conduct trade studies and provide recommendations for reliability improvement, compliance with policies, and achievement of program requirements.
- Design Reviews: Participate in design-related reviews, including System Requirements Review (SRR), Preliminary Design Review (PDR), Critical Design Review (CDR), and Test Readiness Review (TRR).
Manpower and Personnel:
- Personnel Planning: Identify, plan, and assist with resourcing personnel with the grades and skills required to operate and maintain UAS systems effectively throughout their lifecycle.
- Documentation Development: Develop, implement, and maintain current manpower-related program documentation, including the Manpower Estimate Report (MER) and Manpower Requirements Criteria (MARC).
Program Management:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative and clerical support for the Project Office, including file management, scheduling, database maintenance, and document preparation.
- Programmatic Support: Review, verify, and advise the Government on UAS program strategies, documents, and plans to ensure compliance with DoD directives and acquisition frameworks.
- Operations Management: Develop and maintain task schedules, action item lists, and presentation materials; update leadership on risks and issues with mitigation recommendations.
Program Integration:
- Policy Development: Draft documents and make recommendations related to operational and administrative policies, procedures, and processes for overall program management.
- Coordination: Collaborate with Government employees and other Contractor personnel to prepare briefings, coordinate visits, plan conferences, and track suspense dates.
- System Supportability IPT: Coordinate meetings, assess risks, resolve issues, and track action items to ensure program success.
Performance Measurement Support:
- Integrated Master Schedules: Develop, provide, and update integrated master schedules for major programs using Microsoft Project or Primavera.
- Schedule Analysis: Perform critical path analysis, schedule performance trend analysis, and cost/schedule risk assessments to ensure program milestones are met.
- Earned Value Management: Analyze performance data, prepare Estimates at Completion (EACs), and validate EVM data integrity using best practices and tools.
Qualifications
Required:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, engineering, program management, or a related discipline.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience gained after obtaining a bachelor's degree.
- Expertise in logistics services, design interface, manpower planning, and program management is preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) and logistics analysis tools.
- Security Clearance:
- Active SECRET clearance required.
Work Location:
- Primary: Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.
- Secondary: Authorized virtual work location per customer Telework Policy. Temporary Duty (TDY) may be required at other locations.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
- Knowledge of Federal, DoD, and Army regulations related to logistics, design interface, and program management.
