Description:
As a FPGA/Embedded Applications Systems Engineer (Adv Systems Eng) for Maritime Systems, you'll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for product design from system architecture and requirements allocation and design qualification for FPGA and Embedded Software Applications.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Required Education:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.

- Ability to work with cross functional teams as needed to define and refine FPGA and embedded software design requirements
- Model Based Systems Engineering
- Design and Qualification of electrical systems
- Design and Qualification of optical systems
- Development of embedded application design details including functional block diagrams, state and data flow diagrams, ICDs and IDDs
- Development and execution of embedded application unit cases and resulting OQE
- Electrical/Optical system design including requirement allocation and decomposition
- Requirements Lifecycle Management
- New product development and transition to manufacturing
Required Education:
