POSITION: Condition Based Maintenance Plus Engineer
LOCATION: Stafford, Virginia, in office work
STATUS: Full time
CLEARANCE: Active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET Clearance
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited academic institution in Engineering or related field.
Experience:
Twelve (12) years of experience with Test Engineering/Systems Engineering.
Five (5) years of experience with Condition Based Maintenance and conducting System Engineering Technical Reviews.
Citizenship: US. Citizen.
Travel: Ability to travel up to 30% to support client meetings and requirements.
Performs a variety of complex project tasks applied to specialized technology problems. Tasks involve integration of electronic processes or methodologies to resolve total system problems or technology problems. Applies analytical and systematic approaches in the resolution of problems of workflow, organization, and planning. Directs and assists system engineers in the application of system engineering principles to the solution of secure systems design problems.
Duties Description:
Integrate hardware and software applications
Conduct the integration and research
Develop Hardware Configurations, Software Version Descriptions (SVDs), Baseline Letters, Build Procedures, and Test Plans/Reports
Produce RDT&E proposals
Propose improvements to established Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
Research and test Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) and Government Off-the Shelf (GOTS) “Data Loggers” to determine their capabilities and effectiveness
Provide technical input and feedback to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Support Engineering Review Board (ERB) and Configuration Control Board (CCB) by participating in meetings, generating Engineering Change Proposals, and completing reviews and action items
Conduct System Engineering Technical Reviews (SETRs)
Produce Letters of integration (LOIs)
