WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science in engineering, computer science, or other equivalent technical discipline (may substitute with commensurate work experience).
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of related experience
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS: JIRA, Service manager, Microsoft TAC, Avaya BCM, Avaya IP Office
CLEARANCE: TOP SECRET

HOW A UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Manage a small team in a service desk environment
- Create and produce ticketing system reports and metrics reports
- Create and maintain new Service Level Agreements
- Identify gaps in workflow processes and present solutions
- Analyze customer service requests and provide prompt resolutions
- Prepare and submit status and ad hoc reports to management
- Utilize trouble ticketing software
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Provide technical guidance for planning, directing, and monitoring information systems operations
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
