Senior Network Engineer – Network Refresh Deployment
Location: Various U.S. Air Force Bases (Travel Required)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer with strong Cisco expertise to support ongoing network refresh deployments across multiple U.S. Air Force Base locations. This role is primarily onsite and will require up to 50% travel to various bases. The ideal candidate is experienced with Cisco Route/Switch environments and thrives in hands-on deployment and upgrade projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation and deployment of Cisco network equipment as part of refresh projects
• Upgrade and modernize existing infrastructure to align with DoD security standards
• Collaborate with customer IT and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time
• Travel to various Air Force locations for onsite deployment activities
Required Skills & Experience:
• 6+ years of experience in Cisco networking, particularly with route/switch deployments
• Hands-on experience with network refresh projects in secure or government environments
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, and Unified Communications
• Familiarity with DoD network compliance and security practices
• Active Secret Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
• Cisco certifications: CCNP, CCIE strongly preferred
• Experience supporting Air Force or other military IT environments
• Experience with other network vendors such as Juniper, Aruba, Fortinet, or Palo Alto is a plus
Job Details:
• Job Type: Full-time, Contract
• Salary Range: $80,000 – $125,000 (DOE)
• Travel Requirement: Up to 50%
• Work Location: Onsite at various Air Force Bases
