Acquisition And Program Data Manager

Koniag Professional Services, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an Acquisition and Program Data Manager with a Secret Security clearance to support KPS and our government customer at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure data is maintained accurately with all acquisition information assigned the appropriate category.
• Coordinate with PEO/PM staff and DASCs.
• Respond to frequent requests for queries, reports, and program updates.
• Ensure reports and inquiries regarding MDAPs are consistent and current.
• Accept and validate proposed changes to the database from the acquisition community.
• Brief management, as necessary, regarding changes to the database.
• Report inconsistencies and errors in the database to OSD when noted if unable to personally resolve. Utilizes a variety of computer hardware and software applications to manage work items including Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Professional, and agency specific web applications and computer programs.

Requirements:

• United States Citizenship required
• Secret Clearance is required
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent analytical skills with proven experience applying analysis
• Experience tracking edits, additions, evidence, regulatory findings and assessments from multiple stakeholders
• Excellent oral and written technical writing skills with the ability to brief senior officials as required

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Experience with and knowledge of acquisition policy
