Responsibilities:
· Leverage your technical background to understand the customer’s goals and identify the best integration solution for their needs
· Perform customer (end user) system integration by following instructions and executing processes
· Test and troubleshoot configurations to confirm successful integration
· Communicate with customers during integration and post-integration including responding to emails, facilitating meetings or phone conversations, participating in solving technical problems
· Author/update documentation
· Identify configuration errors and check appropriate log files to debug issues
· SBC NMS EMS Protect/Analytics PKI Certificate management
Core Qualifications:
· 12+ years in VoIP/SIP/SBC engineering, network engineering, or telecom infrastructure
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting SIP, VoIP, and upgrade and integration issues
· Experience working in enterprise VoIP environments provisioning and maintaining the change management of routes
· Ability to write technical documentation, design network diagrams, and train teams
· Configuring Active/Standby SBC clusters, load balancing, and failover
· Knowledge of geo-redundancy, SIP trunk failover strategies
· Troubleshooting packet loss, jitter, and latency issues using Wireshark or packet analyzers
· Strong knowledge of IP networking, QoS, VLANs, BGP, OSPF, and DNS.
· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
· Detail-oriented
· Expertise with Ribbon SBCs and element and network management system product
· Telephony Routing and Translations skills
· Experience working with Virtual Machine cloud platforms
· Working knowledge of Linux/UNIX/VMware ESXi vSphere
· Knowledge of IP networking, basic IP routing, firewalls, Switches and Security
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with Oracle SBCs and element and network management systems
· Knowledge of Sonus carrier grade products is considered as significant advantage
