The mission of the Lone Wolf program is to support, operate, and maintain the Distributed Continuity Integrated Network – Top Secret Enterprise Services (DCIN-TS ES) which is a DoD-provided, TS/SCI, integrated voice, video, and data, global communications network that facilitates collaboration among senior leaders and key staff. The Lone Wolf program boasts a professional workforce comprised of specialists throughout the Information Technology lifecycle and who contribute to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Integrated Master Scheduler include, but are not limited to, the following:
Design, implement, and oversee a comprehensive Microsoft Project schedule that incorporates resource allocations and timelines, ensuring seamless integration and coordination across multiple functional departments and project phases
Coordinate the development of project schedules, including the integration of resource allocation, tracking, and performance analysis, while also focusing on critical path identification and assessment. Additionally, create comprehensive project plans, conduct thorough evaluations, and develop subprojects as needed to ensure project milestones are met efficiently and on time
Collaborate with workflow management, project managers, engineering teams, fielding and deployment units, and other relevant functional areas to create and refine project schedules. Proactively address and respond to any changes, challenges, or issues that arise, ensuring alignment across all departments and the successful execution of project timelines
Actively engage in daily telecommunications and scheduling meetings, contributing to discussions and updates
Demonstrate strong multitasking capabilities by effectively managing multiple projects and competing priorities, all while ensuring seamless operations support and alignment with overall project goals and timelines
Lead and facilitate weekly Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) meetings with project managers, ensuring collaborative discussions on project timelines, resource allocation, and progress updates. Foster alignment among stakeholders, address any concerns, and drive action plans to maintain schedule adherence and project success
Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly briefings on the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to government leadership, highlighting key project milestones, trends, and potential risks. Provide an insightful analysis of progress and any emerging issues, ensuring leadership is well-informed and equipped to make data-driven decisions for the successful execution of the project
Requirements:
Must have active Top-Secret clearance with SCI or the ability to acquire Top Secret/SCI
10 years of experience in project scheduling or project management, especially in a complex or multi-disciplinary environment
Proven experience in using project scheduling software like Microsoft Project
Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid
Familiarity with Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Critical Path Method (CPM), Earned Value Management (EVM), and other scheduling techniques
Ability to define milestones, deliverables, and manage project dependencies
Must be able to work a 40-hour work week, normally Monday through Friday
Ability to work overtime during critical peaks and be available to meet last minute requests for overtime if needed
Ability to travel (5-10%) primarily within 75 miles
Familiarity with MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Project and Visio
Exceptional attention to detail; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong critical thinking, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
Clearance Required: Must have active Top-Secret clearance with SCI or TS with the ability to acquire SCI
Minimum Education: High School Diploma
Minimum Years of Experience: 10 years of relevant experience
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or Project Management related field
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Certified Scheduling Professional (CSP)
Microsoft Project Certification
Experience with ITIL
Experience with ServiceNow
