As a Chatbot engineer supporting this client you will be responsible for:
- Configuration of Amazon Connect.
- Webservice integration into external source using Lambdas.
- Expert in Amazon Lex & Conversational AI Must have hands-on chatbot development experience with NLP, ML models, and Lex v2 fine-tuning.
- Strong AI/ML Background Experience with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AWS AI/ML services
(Polly, Comprehend, Transcribe).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Federal or DoD clients.
- Previous experience developing application in a FedRAMP Moderate, FedRAMP High, or DISA IL 4 environment.
- Amazon Solutions Architect or Developer certifications.
- 5-7 years of experience creating voice or chat bots, conversational IVR contact flows, and voice and chat self-
service integration to 3rd party systems of record to get/put data. - 5-7 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise cloud chatbot functionality using AWS Lex v1 or
v2. - Knowledge of DoD RMF/DISA Impact Level 4 security requirements and best practices.
- Experience with open sourced webservices environments (Java, REST, and SOAP)
- Experience writing scripts using tools, including Python, Bash or Boto3.
- Programming & AWS Expertise Must be proficient in Python, Node.js, JavaScript, and AWS tools like Lambda, API
Gateway, DynamoDB, Terraform, CloudFormation. - Experiencing using Amazon services, such as, S3, DynamoDB, Connect, Lex, Lambda, and Cloudwatch.
