- Performs ESS/functional testing processes using a variety of equipment and records and analyzes results.
- Requires knowledge of industry specific tests and testing equipment.
- May recommend changes in testing methods or equipment changes.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a testing environment.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision.
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
- Typically reports to a supervisor. Good communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct ESS/functional testing (and troubleshooting) activities on complex electronic systems
- Work with engineering teams to identify and resolve technical issues
- Follow testing procedures and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Maintain accurate documentation of test results and provide shift reports
- Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to the development of best practices
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in conducting ESS/functional testing and troubleshooting activities on electronic systems
- Attention to detail and ability to follow testing procedures accurately
- Have a secret security clearance or able to obtain a secret security clearance
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in electronic testing procedures and equipment
- Associate's degree in Electronics or a related field
- High school diploma/GED Equivalent
- Experience with navigation systems
- Familiarity with industry standards and quality control processes
