Description:What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Administrator Sr., you will serve as the key link between Lockheed Martin and our trusted suppliers. You'll oversee both major and minor subcontracts and help manage every detail-from issuing RFPs to final contract closeout. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you'll help shape strategic sourcing decisions and ensure smooth, compliant procurement operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing end-to-end subcontract administration, from proposal phase through contract closeout
• Developing and issuing RFP packages, evaluating supplier proposals, and negotiating pricing and terms
• Acting as the primary point of contact for supplier communication and performance tracking
• Monitoring supplier compliance with contract terms, schedules, and quality standards
• Facilitating timely and accurate subcontractor invoicing
• Collaborating with Finance on sales forecasting and baseline alignment

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Supply Chain, logistics, or project management experience.
• Must be proficient Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Must have the ability to obtain a secret clearance.
• Excellent communications skills
• Ability and willingness to travel to support supplier meeting and milestone events
Desired Skills:
• Working knowledge of SAP and/or LMP2P Business Systems
• Cross-functional knowledge of Supplier Quality and Engineering, as they relate to subcontract management
• Ability to create and present using Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to interact with senior management, suppliers and other external personnel on significant matters, often requiring coordination between functional organizations
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
