Summary:
● SYSTOLIC is seeking a Senior System administrator experienced with supporting Linux systems.
Qualifications & Compensation:
● Candidates must possess 15 years of experience and a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
● Candidates who can demonstrate 19 years of related experience without a degree may also qualify.
● Candidates who meet the above qualifications will earn approximately $290,000/year.
Description:
● Experience required to support the implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
● Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.
Experience with Container Technology:
● Experience with networking
● System configuration management software (e.g. Puppet, Ansible) and change control.
● Experience with configuring and managing UNIX and Windows (or other applicable) operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity of and configure network components, along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
● Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
