POSITION SUMMARY –
Are you a strategic leader who thrives on delivering complex digital transformation projects? We're looking for a Project Manager to oversee high-impact initiatives supporting a well known federal agency. You will orchestrate multi-disciplinary teams, drive stakeholder engagement, and deliver modern, human-centered digital services that impact farmers and producers nationwide.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead all project planning, execution, and delivery activities
- Manage scope, schedule, risks, and quality for multiple workstreams
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the government COR and stakeholders
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and analysts
- Ensure compliance with federal digital strategy and accessibility requirements
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and continuous delivery processes
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years managing federal digital service projects
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies and stakeholder engagement
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Experience with digital platforms such as Drupal, Salesforce, or AWS
HIGHLY DESIRED
- PMP or Agile certification (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP)
- Experience supporting cloud-native, open-source solutions
CERTIFICATIONS
PMP or Agile Certification preferred
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
Must be able to work in a remote office setting and collaborate effectively through digital communication platforms.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
U.S. Citizenship required. Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
