Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking an Individual Training Branch Trainer to support a program at Fort Johnson, Louisiana.

For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.

Requirements

How Role will make an impact:
  • Utilizes Simulations/MCIS Trainers are responsible for the set-up, configuration, operation, and troubleshooting of U.S. military command and control related clients and software tools.
  • Expert on the employment of simulations and gaming systems that stimulate MCIS command and control systems. Supports the design, planning, preparation, execution, and recovery of systems to support exercise control.
  • Provides instruction and over-the-shoulder training to training audiences on simulations, games and MCIS systems used in training events.
  • Conducts testing, research and development of old and new systems and tools.
  • Builds and validates training courses of instruction with training team.
  • Be trained and certified to teach multiple MCIS systems.
  • Remains current with doctrine, provides doctrinal updates, changes to the training team and updates courses to reflect new doctrine.
  • Remains current on emerging technologies and emerging best use of MCIS systems.
  • Support Collective branch when needed.
  • Create new courses or revision of existing courses in accordance with (IAW) results of training analysis, fielding of new systems/software.
  • Experience in the following is recommended: CPCE, MMC-S, WINTAC, ATAC, JBC-P, DXTRS, BSWS (WARSIM), DCGS-A. Including new and emerging army MCiS equipment.


What you'll need to have to join our award-winning team:
  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance
  • Shall have at least two years teaching experience; have completed a course of study leading to a minimum of experience with Army Mission Command Systems and/or software systems and have completed a formal course of study in the subject(s) to be taught; be a subject matter expert who has operated the system under instruction; and have experience of not less than four (4) years' service in or support to the Army or other national defense service.
