The Prospective Group (TPG) is seeking a Project Analyst to coordinate complex projects with minimal oversight. Responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and tracking portfolio and project plans using ServiceNow PPM, facilitating strategic planning sessions, ensuring alignment with agency goals, providing guidance and oversight to junior team members, interfacing with Government PMs, translating stakeholder needs into actionable plans, and creating high-quality deliverables such as POAMs, risk registers, change requests, and status reports.
Position Responsibilities:
Support complex projects with minimal oversight
Develop, maintain, and track project plans using ServiceNow PPM
Facilitate planning sessions and ensure alignment with agency goals
Interface with Government PMs, translate stakeholder needs into actionable plans
Create high-quality deliverables: POAMs, risk registers, change requests, status reports
Position Requirements:
ServiceNow experience, particularly PPM
Experience with Demand, Project, Resource, and Timecard Management
Understanding of ServiceNow integration with Jira
Configuration of Performance Analytics & Dashboards
Both Agile and Waterfall proficiency
Stakeholder engagement
Functional knowledge of the DCSA or equivalent DOD Adjudication and Vetting processes pertaining to personnel security clearances
Minimum Requirements:
Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years’ support for operational management
Operational knowledge of ServiceNow
