About the Opportunity
DMI, LLC is seeking a Junior Computer Systems Analyst to join us.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Has total ticket ownership for service Network Service Requests and escalated incidents/issues, tracks tickets to completion, reports on outcomes, and communicates status and resolution to customer stakeholders and users.
- Serves as the first point of contact for network service requests, categorizing and assigning tickets within ServiceNow.
- Ensure accurate documentation of user issues and coordinate with engineering teams for swift resolution.
Qualifications
Education and Years of Experience:
- High School Diploma
- 0-1 Years of experience
Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:
- Applies fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments. Performs work that requires practical experience and training. Work is performed under supervision.
- Analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to implement and improve computer systems.
- Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations.
- May analyze or recommend commercially available software.
Additional Requirements: Must be able to pass a Public Trust Clearance.
