What will I be doing? In support of Inflow's contract with the Government, using your expertise in SAP security administration and managementyou will support by providing Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) and limited non-A&AS support and expertise to assist the Standoff Munitions Application Center (SMAC) component of Joint-Global Strike Operations Center (J-GSOC) forces at Barksdale AFB, LA, along with other areas/locations CONUS and OCONUS, including deployed locations. What will I be doing? In this role, you will:
- Conduct initial and annual security training for assigned personnel, annual self-inspections/reviews, and staff assistance visits
- Indoctrinate new personnel and debrief personnel when access approvals are removed
- Provide annual/recurring security training to all briefed unit personnel
- Serve as key adviser to unit leadership on PERSEC matters and/or SAP access requirements/qualifications/restrictions
- Develop and maintain comprehensive security standard operating procedures (SOPs) outlining the security policies/guidance for conducting classified activities within special access program facilities (SAPF)/sensitive compartmented information (SCI) facilities
- Identify, report, and document security incidents in accordance with DoDM 5205.07 Vol 1-4, the Intelligence Community Directives, and applicable service regulations/instructions for collateral requirements
- Provide overall SAP security administration and management and performing duties outlined in the DoDM 5205-series regulations
- Serve as the primary focal point within the USG facility
- Serve as Top Secret Control Officer duties, if appointed
- Review system security plans and other documents developed pertaining to unit security; administer all SAP Nomination Packages
- Maintain personnel security folders on all individuals
- Maintain all facility/physical security accreditations for each assigned SAPF
- Other duties as assigned
You mustmeet theminimumrequirements:
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
- Bachelors degree or eight (8) years of related military or government experience in a military organization
- 5+ years of experience providing special access and industrial security administration and management for the U.S. DoD or U.S. Intelligence Community
- Knowledge and demonstrated application of the DoDM 5205.07 Vol 1-4, NISPOM, ICDs, associated Executive Orders, and Security Executive Agent Directives (SEADs)
- Proficient with DISS/NBIS, NISS, SWFT, eQIP/eAPP
- Knowledge of OPSEC procedures and application of OPSEC to Sensitive Government information (FOUO, CUI)
- Demonstrated relevant experience utilizing and applying DoD, AF and MAJCOM directives, concepts, procedures, guidance, and policy
- Able to travel as required
- 5+ years of experience as a GSSO, SSO or CPSO
